Hey Rick- For my VVUS position, when it kept dropping after I picked up my second third of the position, I wanted to wait and though it is below 8 now I have yet to pick up the last tranche. I am not sure now, just call me chicken? As to MRK, they may pick up a company like VVUS, but they may be cautious about its combo nature and the generics picking away at it. I have heard that they are very cautious of the ARNA compound due to the prior history of this mechanism and Fen-Phen, and this came from a mid level scientist I know well in MRK's obesity group. BJ
