My premiums went up 46% last year. Same basic plan as the prior year, but the state forced the insurance companies to cover all kinds of politically correct procedures, which drove the premiums up. Due to the Mass law, my plan went from $1300/mo to $1900/mo without any coverage changes initiated by me.
