Message 25881437 Note both "strong likelihood" meaning not certain, and "will develop", meaning hasn't done so yet. Also "intent to do harm", if its purely a mental intent, is not prosecutable, you have to actually do something, plot with others to cause harm, or take actual steps to cause harm yourself. Your making a bait and switch here. I responded to your statement about some possibility of some time in the future, developing an intent. Now your talking concrete specific plans and actions, a totally different situation.
