Dear Kevin: Yes, I noticed that too. Could be the Press Release was preliminary and they will follow up with a full release once the 10Q is completed, or could be the wire service just dropped the balance sheet. There are no requirements that I am aware of in press releases other than they may not be misleading. However, in this market, if they have a strong balance sheet they are foolish not to present it in my opinion. By the way, the Chairman isnt a relative of yours is he? His name is Mitchell Watson. JDN
