I don't remember Rudolph or McVeigh getting defined by their religion. They were American terrorists, not Christian terrorists. Why do you make an exception of Hasan? Its racist. Was their religion responsible for their terrorism? Islamic terrorism exists because of Islam. It is totally appropriate to tie the two together. He comes from a very succesful and respected American family. So did bin Laden. You're simply looking for a way to make this apart of the al Qaida/American fight.... It IS part of the fight.
