"Now there is no chance for the foreseeable future." Sadly I agree with you. The only change we have as I have often said is who loots the treasury and the rate at which it is being looted. The best thing that could happen for Obama's legacy is for a Republican take over of the House in 2010. Sadly, I am beginning to believe only split government restrains growth of government. Failing some legislative change there will be some severe market event will force change. The event will make the current recession look like a picnic. It will be well earned by the governing class of America and we as the fools who elect them - especially those of us who believe in free lunch from government. Bob
