That is exactly what this guy said. He said every CEO he has talked to says the same. There is no doubt that higher taxes across the board are coming and they are waiting to see how they want to deal with that. Also waiting to see how many new regulations are coming down the pike which they also expect. He said he can't leave Vegas obviously but every CEO he talks with that has an option of moving production or whatever out of country is laying the groundwork to do so.
