Maverick: As we all know the proof will be in the end results and the next 10Q may be interesting reading. I don't completely agree with your contention that ZOLT has kept all of its promises. It did not bring on the Texas line in the timeframe promised, they have not expended the cash from the secondary offering the way that they had contended the would, and more importantly the greater proportion of the increased revenues and earnings have not been coming form their carbon fiber business, where their supposed industry leadership is.
Your "kept promises" compliment, on the other hand, seems to be in agreement with the street. The analyst keep saying that earnings are consistent with promises. I'm sure you realize, however, that any accountant worth his salt can dow wonders with earnings.
I threw the data away (maybe I can go back and recalcualte) but if you look at quarter to quarter cash flow from operations, and return on assests/equity, you get a completely different (negative) picture. |
