"DNA doesn't have rights. "DNA", includes "human DNA"."

But you have said multiple times that it is DNA that makes an entity "human" (and therefore entitled to those rights we have discussed). Before we continue, would you like to qualify that? Does dna alone make someone a person and thus holding immanent rights? Is human dna a "PERSON" or does that dna have to have certain qualities before it is a person?? You have stated that dna (HUMAN) in and of itself has NO RIGHTS. But it is also clear (from you) that there MUST BE HUMAN DNA to own human rights.

A sperm has human dna. An egg has human dna. A fertilized egg might have human dna--which may or may not be likely to birth a healthy being (or a conscious one).

So if human dna (defective or not) is necessary but not sufficient to give human rights, then what is missing? Every cell in my body has human dna. But those cells do not have rights as separate entities. Does it matter where in my body that human dna divides? I don't have a womb but I DO have human dna which divides and renews and gets sent down the shower.

WHEN does human dna have human rights (personhood). YOU have the answer to that and we are all breathlessly awaiting your expert proclamation.
