To try to alleviate the question of the relationship between Allen-Vanguard and Lockheed Martin, I sent an email Oct 18th to lee.lilly@lmco.com (Lockheed Martin's Symphony IED Jammer co-ordinator) inquiring if Allen-Vanguard remained the supplier of these jammers - no reply yet, and not likely forthcoming.
Without any evidence to the contrary, I must assume that Allen-Vanguard remains the supplier for Symphony.
IF Allen-Vanguard remains the Symphony supplier, there should be some very sizable orders coming, soon. I hope they are announced next week - just to throw Luxton off stride.

CEO Luxton said July 2/09 "...we expect to finally see quantity orders for Symphony systems now that U.S. Supplemental funding has been passed and is in place for these requirements."

From the Nov 13/08 PR - globeinvestor.com
"We have recently signed a teaming agreement with a global electronics and communications firm for an ECM opportunity with an expected potential value to Allen-Vanguard of more than $100 million over two years."

Sept 25/08 - 7500 ECM requirements contract signed with Lockheed Martin. Should the maximum annual quantities be procured the estimated value to Allen Vanguard over the three-year term of the contract would be in the range of$240-$300 million globeinvestor.com

While browsing the Lockheed Martin site I ran across this interesting page:
lockheedmartin.com
I wouldn't think they would be very impressed with Allen-Vanguard's treatment of shareholders !!!

They also don't want any "appearance" of conflict-of-interest: lockheedmartin.com
While Allen-Vanguard seems to have "appearance" of conflict-of-interest as their standard operating procedures.

My daily check of the hearing dates cas-ncr-nter03.cas-satj.gc.ca finds no reference for Allen-Vanguard. They must be having a hard time finding a judge willing to hear this "crap".

Oh what a tangled web we weave,
When first we practise to deceive!
