The gentleman asking how to get in on the lawsuit is likely representative of so many investors who just took their loss as a fait-accompli and did not consider all of their options. We may have a lot of work to do in oder to raise awareness around the VRS deal and its wider implications. Not sure how though as most of what I can think of can be misconstrued as spamming.
