Note that Madame Pelosi was not able to muster a "Simple Majority" to pass the Obamacare Trillion dollar Socialized Medicine bill.

The best Pelosi could do was get 50.57% of the total vote of those voting for or against the legislation.

A Simple Majority being 51%, Pelosi would have needed 221.85 votes to achieve a Simple Majority-------of those voting.

Technically is it possible for the approval of the legislation with under 51% in favor to be challenged under Parliamentary Procedure and in the courts?

Certainly, no mandate for Obamacare. Pelosi failed in achieving a mandate.

Agree that the Senate is most often where sanity prevails----
