re: Bruce Mitchell? maybe i missed it - but how is Bruce Mitchell involved with the VRS/Versa deal? was he a VRS shareholder? for the record i've been following this SI board since inception but didn't sign up until today. kudos to kidl2 for getting the forum together, and especially for getting Siskinds involved early on. pretty amazing how quickly they launched the suit. certainly will be interesting how things pan out here...
