You will really make them upset when you tell them when Algore left the WH in 2001, he said (on forms) that his net worth was about $2 million.....HOW in heavens' name did he accumulate nearly $1 BILLION in 8 years....? Who was bribing whom? Or was it blackmail??

On the grants....THIS is why, IMO, that the so many scientists don't come out and say they they think the global warming/climate change is a bunch of hooey....all of them live on grants, and can't afford to make the "dole'ers out'ers mad.
