oh, and she got snake-bit 3 times. she was very serious about dealing with rattlers. the first time I thought she was going to die... so swelled up and in incredible pain. I had to rope her jaws then we managed to slide her onto a blanket then carry her to the car for me to get to the vet. She took after a rattler one day that was a few feet away from my dad, but he had his hoe in hand and he took care of that.
