RBC Ombudsman. I wrote to them on Oct 6th and just received a reply from Sue Stewart (Senior Client Care Specialist) indicating that my "comments have been taken seriously and relayed to appropriate senior management". As it is now November 9th, I would hope that they would be able to respond sooner then later. Anyone here have accounts with RBC?
