Ted, in my mind the most likely story is that Hasan acted alone, but used the Al Qaeda ideology as an excuse to literally go down in fire.

I don't buy the template that the mainstream media is working off of, that Hasan was a victim of PTSD. He was never sent into combat. The fact that his job included treating soldiers with PTSD is nowhere close.

Nor do I accept the excuse that Hasan was "teased" as a Muslim. Lots of Muslims in America get suspicious stares, teasing, etc. How many of them dealt with it using two semiautomatics?

Bottom line is that this guy is the Muslim version of Cho Seung-Hui. That's my opinion for now, but I reserve the right to change it at will.
