After I wrote this I began listening to tV news-------it is not clear that it was "Great Fall" Viriginia------from the news it was Falls Church that was mentioned as the location for the Mosque. Which it is I don't know-------could be that both are correct as in many religions there will be one Central location that then has others.

I 'don't know. So suggest reading and listening carefully on this. The fact that the CIA had him in their sights is not surprising.

MY ORIGINAL POST------READ THIS AND THEN GO BACK TO TWO PARAGRAPHS ABOVE. MJ

This is an interesting tidbit-----I knew about the guy in Falls Church but was not aware of the 3 9/11 terrorists attending prayer services in Great Falls, Virginia.

Great Falls has had its share of the criminal element-----i.e. Bernard Welch who inveigled his way into homes by befriending the local residents and attending their gatherings in their homes. Then he would come back and rip them off of their gold jewelry and other things.

Welch and the drug culture were the catalyst for Fairfax County beginning their neighborhood watch programs. Police were underfunded, there was no capability for rapid communications or rapid response during the years of Welch's burglaries-------enter a lot of concerned citizens to improve response time of the police actually to improve response time in the communities that surrounded the CIA.

"If Hasan showed early signs – by talking to others about his extremist Islamic views – the military should of not been tolerant," said Lieberman in an interview with Fox News network.

Reports of Hasan's dubious past and behavior might have been harbingers of things to come. British publication Sunday Telegraph reveled Sunday that Hasan used to attend prayer services in a mosque headed by an Imam who is considered the "spiritual advisor" of three of the men responsible for the September 11 attacks.

According to the report, during 2001 Hasan frequented the Dar al Hijrah Mosque at Great Falls, Virginia, where in the same year he also held his mother's funeral service. Three of the plane hijackers were also worshippers at the same mosque."
