Two years? More like two S-3's! Probably be getting the first of these within the next two months. I'd be thinking about selling 1/2 your position when this announcement is made. If you liked this last bout of Reg S selling, you'll love the next one. Also, if you catch wind Mom and Pop have activated their resumes, get out fast. Get all the way out.
