Hard to say. Banks are simply raping everyone because they have the power of printing money and the government connections. Now that everyone sold their mutual funds and is too afraid to buy stocks, they are raping their cash holdings through the Fed. Computer programs are operating 70% of the market volume to rape the ordinary investors through high frequency trading, a new name for computer-based front running. It appears there is no end to the rape so far, even though everyone is already broke. It's amazing how few people realize what's going on with the currency. What to do? Protect your money, get it out of the corrupt system. Buy gold. This is no different from John Law bubble, and we are definitely in the state of collapse. As more people realize what's going on, gold will go ballistic.
