It is premature to give Obama any credit. In another year if there is an evident multiplier effect in the private sector from new government borrowing by Obama, then I am willing to give him credit. You can't blame President Bush for wasting $24,000 for each incremental car sold in the Cash for Klunkers program. Obama owns that fiasco in its entirety.
