I was bothered by unseemly cheering from the crowd when Obama came out. One would presume to maintain decorum in a memorial service, and one would think that orders to that effect had been issued.

I noticed that General Casey quoted the Prophet Isaiah "Here am I, send me." Nothing like that in the Koran, is there?
