Reg: How many Kwg shares did sgv sell in the open market? How many replacement shares is sgv buying from kwg and at what price/terms? Now that kwg has dropped in price, does that mean sgv will buy back at a better price? What is this money for and isn't kwg treasury already flushed with cash? Last time I checked, they (KWG) had about $7 million cash.
