Dave-- I think it has to do with Halloween. Apparently, Foster and his British pal are going to be giving out trial versions of NetJet 1.5 tonight to all the little ghouls and goblins. "Here's some Skittles...Oh and take this and tell Daddy this will help him get to the Penthouse website quicker!"
