TO ALL

INVESTOR'S BUSINESS DAILY Carries a feature article on RAIN. Nothing we all didn't already know. It mentions Disney World expected to do $30 million.

Analysts say Rainforest attention to detail is something like Disney Co.

"Sometimes companies can get into trouble expanding too rapidly," Kleven said. "But management has the experience in place to handle expansion." WHO IS KLEVEN???

Other analysts say Rain is a "proven" concept because its four restaurants are thriving in different venues.

Management has a grip on controlling costs and generating volum sales. The resturants have enough volume to yield sales averaging $14 million a year at each restaurant.

That's all folks .....enjoy Fran and the RAIN John
