American weakness is actually CAUSING nuclear proliferation. Iran and DPRK are unstoppable given our current president (and the weakness of the Bush administration in the last two years of it). Japan is very likely going to become a nuclear power because of the US weakness and inability to control DPRK. The only path to containing nuclear proliferation is overwhelming US military strength and the willingness to use it.
