Have no fear Mq, in a short time your traffic management problems will be solved by the high cost of energy. It was only 70 years ago that our fathers first began to take their families out for Sunday drives - a pleasure that in their youth, was reserved for the well-to-do. The rest walked, used public transit, or animals.

When oil hit $147/barrel, traffic jams declined by as much as 25% in major urban centers. Mass transit systems approached overload. At $200/barrel we can expect accelerated decline in use of private transportation.

When can we expect $200 crude? Give it 5 years. 10 years, maybe less for $300 crude.

Your road rage will be vanquished; no technology necessary.
