""Rights" are not material objects in the universe." You see: right there you have just made an amazing discovery. You have discovered something that is immaterial in a strictly material universe. Do you think there just might be others? "When you mix that human DNA it still has no rights." Exactly! And you are just a mixture of DNA and ultimately nothing more than a conglomerate of particles hanging together because of purposeless chemical processes. Even the things you call thoughts are nothing more than the results of those same chemical processes. Particles and chemicals have no rights Inalienable or otherwise.
