CXPO.OB: regardless of the potential wealth hidden/buried in CXPO's leases I wonder whether or not it is advisable to buy a stock the price of which has increased 10fold over the past months... there might still be additional value in CXPO (though at its current valuation one might ask about its cash flow), but proper timing of a buy (or sell) is of equal importance... just my 2 cents - Laurin
