In now teen clothing retailer/catalog seller dELiA's Inc. (DLIA) at current price.

Historically (past few years) this company hasn't been profitable. Maybe now with psr down to about .28, they might be able to turn green. With stock price under $2/sh, book value $3.4/sh, cash per share $1.18/sh, and very little total debt (figures from Yahoo), I'll give it a shot for a few shares.
