"Yeah, like there was equipment on the face of the earth in 1970s that could have created that document, therefore you "refuted". " You say this. And then you say this... "Never mind the that the entire US military may not have been in possession of this equipment...." Either it existed or it didn't. Considering there were military documents typed during that period with proportional space and superscripts, your last statement cannot be factual.
