< Don't get me wrong but we have seen evidence that the shift to 300mm is going to be a rocky one - no one wants to be either the last 200mm or the first 300mm.> I keep hearing this for a while. Name companies that directly said that they do not want to be last to build 200mm line and what would be the reason? No speculations pleas! Just facts! 300 mm pilot/reasearch lines will come up at the end of '98.
