You're taking Cheney's comment out-of-context. But regardless, I was against the huge deficit spending that happened under Bush.

Let's go back to the future. See any alternative scenarios to either hyperinflation, high interest rates, or a combination of the two? Maybe you can wave a magic wand and hope that Obama's "Great Leap Forward" actually increases domestic productivity?
