I've noticed recently that insiders are selling at these price levels. To me, this is a very bearish sign for a stock that is beaten down.

Also, in doing my due diligence, I noticed many related party transactions in the 10(k)s and 10(q)s.

To be quite honest with you, the prospective earnings from analysts look quite good, but something just doesn't smell right with FIBR, and that is why I haven't jumped on it.
