You were promoting the rights of fertilized human dna in the womb.

False. I was not promoting, and have even (multiple times) rejected the idea of "the rights of DNA".

"We prosecute people for committing crimes"

It IS a crime to plot murder.

It is a crime to conspire to commit murder. Plotting in your own mind isn't a crime if you take no action (action in this case would include giving others orders or instructions to commit murder, even if they don't actually commit it) in support of the plot.

The situation that was under discussion didn't even go as far as developing a plot in your own mind, let alone an actual conspiracy. You asserted - "Whenever an egg is fertilized one can be reasonably assured of a strong likelihood that the mother WILL develop a VERY specific "intent to do harm". I might dispute that assertion but arguendo I'll accept it for now. The state of being likely to develop the intention to commit murder != plotting a murder.
