REM---- I have one of Global Villages products.Actually one of the top of the line. I has NEVER worked. I sent two emails to the company and received notification they would contact me. That never happened! One of the reasons I like DELL computers is their customer service is great. I would never consider stock in a company that has terrible service. A bad product is more understandable. JOHN
