Code 14's on the clock...our market is So Sold out....the game is stuck, bitten by its lack of enforcement against its primary players out of balance with the rules governing issuance.

Today was more of the same as the high speed algorithms send out ever the decreasing size, in search of largess, and yet the value sought, is closely watched, leaving programs and thier mouthpieces screaming as habit, dictates...

have I stated before that its quite embarrassing to watch?
