"That has no connection to your earlier statement - "Whenever an egg is fertilized one can be reasonably assured of a strong likelihood that the mother WILL develop a VERY specific "intent to do harm".""

It has every connection to the statement made. I had quoted statistics regarding the likelihood of a mother aborting her egg and those statistics supported the above statement.

"Your analogy is to a situation when the specific intent has already been developed and to an extent acted on"

It wasn't an analogy. I said (as you just quoted): "If a woman plotted with her doctor to kill her 3 year old daughter and set an appointment date at the clinic for the murder she would certainly be guilty of conspiracy to commit murder."

IF the egg IS a "person" then it is clear that such a specific plot would constitute conspiracy to commit murder. For you to continue to fudge such an obvious fact does little to attach any credibility to your sincerity of argument, does it??
