I received a packet of briefs, information, affidavits, etc. from Stull, Stull, and Brody, the first of the law firms suing CityScape.

What I read about witholding of material information and inflation of earnings reports is very credible and damning of CityScape.

I feel very betrayed, especially since I started buying on 9/29/97, just before the latest precipitous drop. Think I'll join the lawsuit; I think they set us up for a fall! If anybody is interested, you can call the law firm at 212-687-7230.

Just my two cents.
