mitch: After seeing what neat things a person can do with a computer, (the druss site) I am considering dumping the webtv, and buying a computer. The guy at the store said that it would be about $8000. I want to do cool stuff like you guys do, only with color. The salesman told me the color models are more expensive.
Besides, I am making so many friends here at SI, that I am going to need the big memory to put all of those email addresses in.
He was very helpful, he even set up an account with one of those online brokers for me.
He also gave me a couple of those plastic things that you put in your shirt pocket to put your pens in. Said that all the "computer" guys use them. Pretty soon I'll be just like you guys. Oh, I forgot..Do I get a crewcut and put that wax stuff in my hair so it sticks up in the front? I forgot to ask him. :-) al
