So what does this mean for TRNTE this coming Monday? If you take this $20.5 million divided by the 5.2 million shares outstanding, then you get about $3.94 per share. Am I correct? What does "the sale for a maximum $20.5 million cash purchase price of substantially all of its operating assets" really mean? Nick
