Sedex Mining Corp - Guibord Township claims acquired Sedex Mining Corp SDN Shares issued 20614596 1997-10-30 close $0.47 Friday Oct 31 1997 See Abitibi Mining Corp (ABB) News Release Mr Richard Hughes reports Abitibi Mining and Sedex Mining have jointly entered into an agreement to acquire three claims (15 units) in the Guibord Township, Larder Lake mining division, Ontario. These three new claims are near the MODK property that Sedex and Abitibi jointly hold. The consideration for the additional three claims is 15,000 shares of Abitibi and 15,000 shares of Sedex. The property is subject to a 2.5% nsr royalty half of which (1.25%) may be purchased at any time for $1,000,000. The MODK-Guibord project is a joint venture between Abitibi and Sedex. Advanced gold projects are in and around Guibord Township which is the site of a recent discovery currently being developed by Tandem Resources and NAR Resources west of the 6 million ton Pangea Goldfields' Fenn-Gib deposit.
