A few notes on Siskinds: - They are monitoring the forum as (I suspect) do the lawyers of the other parties. Ergo, let's be a tad careful what we post. No need to assist the "dark side". If you think you have found something "tasty", you can always contact Siskinds directly. - The initial figure of $80 Mil is just that. An initial figure which can be adjusted down the road. - They are very actively working the file and will provide a public update once the next stage is completed. Won't be long but keep in mind that the term "long" has a different meaning for lawyers than it has for us "common folks". :-)
