Bush's budget was DOA. Pelosi and Reid have been in charge the last 2 years....and...BTW, dumbass, the President can only propose the budget. Congress has the power to pass it. Read the Constitution.... You need to crack open one of your Con Law books. You forget about the presidential veto.
