Have you heard of the executive veto? Bush made very clear what he would and would not veto. To override that veto, 60 votes are required in the Senate. You do the math....Reid didn't have the votes. In other words, you're whistling dixie.

I was wondering if you were going to address the larger issue (as in the longer bars on the graph) or try to go on a tangent...
