"Rights can't be both "merely agreements" and "inalienable". The two are mutually exclusive."

You are not following the discussion. Rights are NEVER inalienable socially or politically. They are only inalienable philosophically. Every right is vulnerable to any group of thugs (such as yourself) either voting it away or canceling it by force. I can state that a woman has an "inalienable" right to her body and what is inside her body but the swords of brutes can cancel that "right" at any time.

"No one "kills their egg"."

Don't be stupid.

"If we agree to grant you that right, then "we" can agree to take it away"

You finally stumbled on a true statement! ;-)

"who says you have any "right of fundamental ownership of your life and your body."

At this point in time, civilized countries have an agreement that this is philosophically sound.
