Then why are you unwilling to state what the budget projection as of September 2008 -- which was what tejek first talked about -- amounted to?

Was it 1.2 Trillion? 1.6 Trillion? HOW MUCH WAS IT?

It is a simple matter to compare the estimated deficit in September with the estimated deficit in January -- a period during which the most significant event was the election of a new president, who the world knew was inexperienced in economic affairs. Then, you will know how much of the deficit should be attributed to the incoming president.
