Sorry, am not transcribing the whole document - you have internet access - read it for yourselves. I'll warn you that the first few pages are "fluff" about warrants held by banks, the "meat" starts around page 5. This document appears to permit Allen-Vanguard to refinance/reorganize in 12-18 months and pay a pre-disclosed (small) fee to Contego AV Investments for their role. If you send this to Siskinds, make sure that any additional suits are registered against ALL the signiatories on Page 8, as they are all complicit in this contrivance to cheat shareholders. We are being cheated not only of our investment, the capability of trading our shares publicly, and also future earnings potential - which was the reason for buying our shares. No more low-valued lawsuits, we have major financial institutions and a Crown Agency funding a corporate scam.
