Yes, Otto can make a valid point, I was merely addressing today's agreement which is in fact an avoidance of screwing over Coomigasp who were previously robbed of PGM payments and argues in favour of CSI as an honourable partner.
And yes I have concerns about CSI but one cannot argue with their execution to date which is why I am betting there is more to come and the rise is not over. However, I cannot identify the shortcomings other than horrendous assay turnarounds. So in short,I do think it is a "managed" play and I don't think the play has seen the final act.

The property can be mined as is, but additional land would be a huge bonus. CSI is not nothing because CVRD retain mineral rights on their border.

As for Columbia, it may have many flaws and baggage but has undeniably become vastly less dangerous in recent years, both on the streets and in armed political factions. I am hardly in favour of U.S. Imperialism and do not excuse the horrific interference in the region but Chavez's recent exhortations regarding imminent invasion of Venezuela via Columbia I take to be more his political rhetoric than fact. It was that allegation being dragged out here as a reason to be concerned about Columbian investments that I called out.
