Don't know about Acorn but it is sure obvious that Hoffman should never have conceded publicly. Even though he conceded the election on election night his concession does not determine who is elected. Unless it is different in New York it is the state board of elections that determines based on votes who wins an election. Looks like the Democrats in Congress may have acted illegally in seating the Congressman based upon not a full count. mj
